Private Chef/Caterer

12 years ago I chose this culinary career that has given me some of the best experiences of my life!  After attending Le Cordon Bleu in 2008, I started working both catering and restaurant jobs such as La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills where celebrities such as Jim Carey, Paul McCartney, Adam Sandler, Orlando Bloom, etc... would dine at! (no pressure right!?)  Also, working  catering jobs where we catered  for hundreds of artists such as; Beyonce Knowles, The Rolling Stones, Justin Timberlake, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Lady Gaga and the list goes on. I worked for major events traveling to Coachella catering for Beyonce Knowles which was an incredible experience!  I was lucky enough to meet a few celebrities along the way as well.  I've also taken my experience around the world traveling as a chef contractor doing what I love and gaining experience trying new foods and meeting new people.
